This is an 8-week Physiotherapy rehab program for runners with low back pain. It’s a step-by-step structured program focused on improving your core and glute strength as well as flexibility and running form.
The program is created by running Physio & strength specialist, Alina Kennedy. It has been tested on hundreds of runners in the clinic and optimized to help you take control of your rehab at home, without needing to go to weekly Physio appointments.
To participate in this program, you must have clearance from your doctor or Physiotherapist to do exercise rehab.
