I really enjoyed the Sprint Rehab Strength Training Program for runners. Each week a rotation of four different strength routines is provided to continually challenge you. There are 4 routines per week: 2 core, 1 plyometric, and 1 recovery. The exercises are very innovative and fun to do as well as challenging. The exercises have provided me with a great foundation to take my running to the next level. I highly recommend the Sprint Rehab Strength Training Program.
